OC | Question 92 & 93

92. Can they be saved who are unthankful, and remain still careless in their sins, and are not converted from their wickedness to God?

A: By no means; for as the Scripture bears witness, neither unchaste persons, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor robbers, shall enter into the kingdom of God.

93. In how many things does true repentance toward or conversion to God consist?

A: It consists of the dying or mortifying of the old man and the renewing or quickening of the new man.
