What We Believe

But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.
— Galatians 4:4–5

Christ-Centered

Our aim is to see the glory of God in the gospel of Jesus Christ as the center of all we do.

  • The scope and end of all the Scriptures

  • The central focus of our worship

  • The motivation for our faith and practice

Confessional

We are in agreement with the great confessions of faith and seek to be biblical in theology, worship and practice.

  • Theology - We subscribe to the 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith, and believe it is a faithful summary of what Scripture teaches

  • Worship - We hold to the Regulative Principle of Worship (see FAQ’s)

  • Practice - We practice the Ordinary Means of Grace (see FAQ’s)

Reformed Baptist

This means we have deep convictions on certain matters of ecclesiology.

  • The membership of the church is made up of those who have been baptized upon their profession of faith.

  • The local church is the highest authority under Christ, exercising the keys of the kingdom.
