Here's what you can expect every week at Covenant:
The Word Read
Whether it is God calling us to worship, the confession of our sin, or the assurance of pardon, all that we do on a Sunday is focused on the Word.
The Word Preached
The preaching of the Word is the public proclamation of the good news of the Gospel from the Scriptures. We preach verse by verse through books of the Bible
The Word Prayed
As a chief part of our thankfulness, we respond to God’s goodness with reverent, biblically informed, Trinitarian, Spirit-filled, Christ-mediated prayer.
The Word Seen
Baptism and The Lord’s Supper are a ‘visible’ word of the promises of the New Covenant instituted by Christ for the edification and assurance of his people.
The Word Sung
Responding to the Word of God and the Gospel, we sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs that are full of truth and stir our hearts.
The Word Supported
Supporting the work of the church through giving is an act of worship. In this act we are thanking God for all He has graciously given us.
