Values

And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of the bread and the prayers.
— Acts 2:42

Theology

“the apostles’ teaching”

We believe before we can truly understand ourselves, we must first understand God; who He is and what He has done. While creation tells us there is a God, it is Scripture alone that is our only sufficient, certain, and infallible rule of all saving knowledge, faith, and practice.

Community

“the fellowship”

A ‘church’ by definition is an assembly, a community of people saved by grace. Therefore, we gather weekly on the Lord’s Day and see this as the most important part of Christian discipleship. We also seek to have regular fellowship with believers, and seek to bring unbelievers into the fold of God.

Liturgy

“the breaking of the bread and the prayers”

Every church has a liturgy. The question is, “Is it biblical?” That is why every week we seek to do that which our Lord has commanded in His Word. This includes reading the Word, singing the Word, preaching the Word, praying the Word, and seeing the Word in Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
